Withdrawal Notice
This is a courtesy translation for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within twenty (20) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is twenty days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than within fourteen (14) days of receiving your notice. We will use the same means of payment as in the original transaction for the refund.
Returning the goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than within twenty (20) days of the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value if it results from handling that was not necessary to examine the goods.
