The seller is Innovger GmbH, Eichenallee 1, 14822 Borkheide, Deutschland. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. A binding purchase contract is formed by your order and is concluded with our confirmation by email.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Any shipping costs are stated before you complete your order.

4. Payment terms

The accepted payment methods are listed on the website. Payment is due upon completion of the order.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide. The delivery time is usually 3–7 business days within Germany.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions. Details can be found in our withdrawal notice.

7. Return costs and refund

The customer bears the cost of the return shipment. The purchase price will be refunded; the refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.

10. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
